Default Bugeye Fog Covers

I am in the process of buying some solid fog covers for my bugeye. The question is, how do they connect to the car? (There are no brackets supplied with the covers)

Thanks in advance
Myles

What, to screw the cover into the black fog surround in the bumper(if I remember rightly the surround is separate from the bumper?)

I bought the mesh type fog covers for my old bugeye WRX and they came with a bracket. The bracket was held in by removing 1 of the bottom fog lamp bolts, attach the bracket, put the bolt back in and click the fog cover in at the top and then bolt the cover to the fitted bracket.

Wolfie.

i recently bought the mesh type (for cold air feed) and mine never came with any fixing brackets either,so i made my own, refix everything back the way it came off but leave out foglamps and leave out the bottom outside fixing bolt, then all i did is fit a long threaded bar in (6 inch long) then fit 3 nuts (1 lock nut)then at the end of threaded bar fit a bit of sheet steel (i used brass)2 inch long fast with other 2 nuts then try covers for size and mark (with marker pen) steel bracket then all i did was drill hole and self taper it,mine worked a treat
then again covers wer a snug fit so bracket really just prevents them from being
nicked
