Question

I run a IMPREZA sport on standard size wheels if I put TURBO wheels on how would it be affected. How would the speedo read faster or slower, would it affect the handling, steering, braking, improve the ride or not. I think it would look better but would it be worth it : : :

hi deedee, i run an MY98 Impreza Sport on 16" turbo wheels and bridgestone SO2 tyres.

I have never driven an Sport on 15" wheels so cant comment on the changes, what i can say is on 16" it works extremely well.

I havent worked out the diff in speedo calibration, i dont think there is a diference, but never bothered to check so far.

The car definately looks better for it, 15" look pretty poxy under the arches with the higher ride height of the sport.

You should have better grip and less sidewall roll due the the better spec sized tyre. Any turbo drivers who have been in my sport do tend to get an education in what a great car it is, very underated.
