To Powder Coat or to Polish ... that is the Question ???

I am going to tidy up my inlet manifold, do i polish it, paint it or get it Powder Coated ???

If so then which colour...anyone done it in gold before ??

ok then, next question, where can i get it polished, or can it be done myself with a dremmel and a lot of work
