As many of you know Steve, from him servicing your cars at Cheam Motors and from his technical posts on this BBS, I thought I would drop a quick note to let you know that he now has now joined the Scoobysport team.
Having been on almost every Subaru training course and having spent 7 years working on Subarus, he is one of the most knowledgable Subaru technicians in the UK and brings a wealth of experience to our workshops.

Pete.
You could not have picked a nicer more down to earth bloke to broaden your technical knowledge.
Excellent news Steve, well done mate and thanks for your help.
Regards
Ronnie

Well its o.k. for those living in Essex, but what about us Surrey boys who've lost one of the few 'helpful' main dealer personnel in our area (probably )
Seriously though, well done Steve (and ScoobySport) I guess I'll have to take the train in to work from Basildon for the next service!!
P.S. Does this mean that ScoobySport will now give an SIDC discount on parts and labour??

I have to say im impressed with the service from Scoobysport as Steve is willing to take a trip to my house on Xmas eve to adjust my clutch and fit some new bulbs for me, well he's gonna be on his way to spend xmas in the midlands anyway but it is nice of him.

So, Steve are you going to be setting up the Surrey branch of Scoobysport as clearly all the support here is south and west of London.
They won't appreciate you in Essex - and the drive in the morning!

Cant someone set up a Bristol branch - that would be nice for me!!
Well done Steve - nice to see you have a proper job now - does this mean you've actually already moved then!
Still haven't got that uprated turbo fitted yet - or sorted out the cra* bpm exhaust system!

Righto,
now Steve's defected from the shadow of the Empire, perhaps he can shed some light on what is REALLY wrong with the MY99 clutch? (rather than the old flannel which differed depending on whether you bought in UK or Europe )
Come on Steve- perfect chance to get those splinters out of yer bum!
All the best in your new job.
