Default JDM STi 8/9 MY03 - rare?

I have been keeping an eye out for one for a couple of months but they seem to be quite rare at the moment??

When I was after one 18 months ago there were a number around, but no good ones.

My S2000 may be going soon and im weighing up options!

Anyone seen one f/s recently? A white one would be nice

Mine's on a MY04 (JDM WRX STI V-Limited). Few more toys than a standard JDM STI. Maybe tempted with the right offer.

I saw the bottom one - very nice but assumed it was going to be a LOT of money! Prefer a more standard look too.

Tidgy / Phil - really depends on condition and miles etc, but between £13-16k possibly,

Mine is in A1 mint condition with 12600 miles on the clock, no' 434/555. Looking for more than your budget offers mate. Only 3 in the country so very rare outside of Japan.

Phil.

Thanks Tigdy! Only 1 of those is a JDM though. I want twin scroll and DCCD after driving one!

See what I mean - they are rare.

Spec C seems suspiciously cheap - suspect its sold too.

Phil - does like like a great spec. Need to stick to my limits though...

Make sure you NEVER buy a jdm without full history. The majority of them are bought in Japan by crook UK dealers who will them try to sell you an 'immaculate, original' jdm Impreza, yet cannot furnish you with any kind of history or auction certificate. The reason for this is that the auction certificate will disclose an accident repaired car and they don't want you to see that. They just want to charge you £14000 plus for a car that cost them around £7000.
I had a very good jdm sti with all the Subaru Japanese history as well as the details of the the original Japanese owner, and the car only had 11000 miles when I bought it. I sold it a few months ago to try to save on fuel costs, but am now looking at 'coming back' to a Scooby!
Best one I ever owned out of 5 in total. No one understands a jdm car unless they have driven one.

DBM.

You change cars more often than most change their underpants!
