This sort of thing really winds me up. Too may NIMBY's out there. Presumably when they moved there they were well aware the circuit existed?

There is an airfield where I did flying training called Dunkeswell. It's been there since 1940. They built a housing estate close to it, and as people were moving in, they were signing petitions to close the place down!

There seems to be no appreciation that if there is a proper place to have a little fun with cars, the pressure of playing on the roads is removed!

I frequent Elvington which is under the same sort of pressure. Trouble at Elvington comes from just a few residents which happen to include a Judge and a Councillor who live locally. Too much abuse of power in this country. NIMBY NIMBY NIMBY (and we've only just moved in and hadn't done our homework - TOUGH!!!).

can beat that, person living in a new flat complains within 3 months of living there about the bells from a 400 year old church next door.
well der what did you think when you moved in.
