Probably works in Sales or Marketing; not very clever people from my experience - Moneys in Suits (o wright mate!)
I hear some even go to university these days, thankfully excluded from Oxford, Cambridge and Durham - so not that smart.

even though the cars shouldn't be following, WTF allowed this system, the bollards are missing the crumple zones and hitting the engine, obviously the drivers are unaware of the danagers, so the council are trying to deliberately cause an RTA it is reckless to the extreme. how would the local councillors like it if we used a similarly extreme 'baseball bat punishment' on the prat/prats who decided this system, or on anyone that we deem to be breaking the rules.
