Hi!
Found a complete Service Manual, in PDF-format, for the following models:
Subaru Legacy 2001, 2003 & 2004
Subaru Impreza 2001 & 2004
Subaru Forester 2001, 2003 & 2004
It is a Russian site but don't worry, the manuals are in English, it's only the web page that is in Russian.
Just download them link by link!

Model codes
EC: For Europe (LHD model)
EK: For Europe (RHD model)
KS: For GCC counties
K4: For Middle and South America
KA: For Australia
Nothing: For Hong Kong
This is all Legacy stuff but root about and the Impreza stuff is in there too!

Copy the URL into altavista babelfish to translate the page, then save the pdfs (from the Russian langauge page as the links get broken in translation) with common sense english titles and they are all written in English, Forester manuals on there as well!
