newly imported fog light question
I know this is a bit boring but just got my car today. Here is a pic
I need to fit a fog light to it. Are there any rules about location of the light and secondly when removing the blanking cover where the switch goes on a UK car I found a connector. If I get a switch will it already have a fog light in the rear lights?

Theres no provision for fog lights on JDM cars Im afraid. As the foglight is only for an MOT, rather than an SVA, where you fit it isnt too important. As long as it doesnt look wrong then itll pass an MOT.

Some people put them into the o/s reversing light, and buy a red coloured bulb.
I'm afraid that there may be, but probably isn't, wiring for it, so it'll need doing from scratch, so to speak.
A search on here will bring up some wiring instructions, it's not owt I've done, so I can't comment on how to.

I remember my GTR was wired to the reversing light. The local car accessory shop does red bulbs so I think for neatness I will wire it to one of the reversing lights.
