If its mapped correctly but you will prob have to change the fuel pump and injectors

How much power do you want as the 16g is good for 300bhp+

bigger injectors, better intercooler (tmic or fmic),uprated fuel pump,uprated fuel pressure regulator.
Possibly new clutch and stronger gearbox,better brakes would good (unless you've already done these).
Rebuilding the engine as well perhaps.

On a standard motor a 20G will be too big and will prove laggy. 18G is as far as l would go.

As for spec: generally speaking;

440 injectors will get you to circa 330 hp - a bit more, if you up the fuel pressure by using a Walbro pump and a pressure regulator.

The original con rods start getting marginal at 350 hp

The original pistons will be a problem at anything above 1.3 - 1.35 bar boost.

The gearbox will be very marginal at 350 hp.

You will need some sort of boost control to be able to boost above 1 bar as that is the preset of the original MAP sensor.

Obviously a good exhaust system. A fopam panerl filter will be plenty good enough but if you have an induction kit then make sure that you have it in a source of good fresh cold air.

AND a bigger intercooler, ideally front mount.

Good luck, David APi
