Default Advise needed fairly newbie!

Had my 94import v1 sti on the rollers(tourque of the devil) a few months ago at the time i was told there was oil out of exhaust on overrun which ment the turbo was shot so boost was turned down so i sourced another replacement turbo(cheers scoobyspud)i have fitted this and still when i start up i usually get smoke from exhaust the only thing that has changed is the colour of the smoke it has gone from blue (oil) to a blueywhite more white than blue any ideas where i look now approx 1 year ago(1800 miles)the engine was re-built with new valve guides, seals, piston rings and pistons

I have been told i don't know if it's feesable where the turbo was chucking out oil it has covered the boxes on the exhaust and is slowly burning this out or is there a more sinnister explanation

If anyone can give advise would be welcome cheers everyone
