How Much For An 05 STI?

Just wondering what peoples general views are for how much to pay for a 05 STI. Looking for a low mileage example (who isn't!) from a dealer for peace of mind, cash, no PX. I've seen some for £16k and others for £19k that seem identical. Anyone bought one lately and not mind divulging the price they paid?!
