Think they are standard yes, mine has one anyway. There isn't much too them mind, very small. Dare I say this, but the diffuser on the new car looks better.

There's one on ebay I might buy, I expect they are easy to see when someone is following you
Do you know if they fit straight on ?

What do you mean by diffuser? Top spoiler or the diffuser that fits underneath the rear of the car. If it's the latter i don't think they come as standard on any model. I have an APR rear diffuser fitted to my car as seen below i also have the top spoiler if that helps.

Not that easy to spot. Got one on my classic.

That APR one is much more noticable, and looks good too

They do come as standard on the Hawkeye STI, or at least the Spec D. Looks like it is just bolted on.

Thats what it looked like, it made £50 with £10 postage, they are only £60 from Subaru and thats without 10% SIDC discount

Don't think it was worth that much, but a nice bolt on never the less

Comes standard on the hawkeye STI but to fit it to older cars you either need to drill holes in the boot floor or buy the Cusco brace as there is no mounting points on the older models. There is a long thread in the styling section about this mod.Have one on my MY05 STI which was imported as a complete kit from the States with the Cusco brace and the two brackets.

bmac800 - How much did it cost you to buy and import the complete kit from the states ?

I've been looking at adding this for a while. Although the diffuser is easy to obtain in the UK, it would appear that the Cusco bar is not. Unless anyone can tell me different.

I think the standard diffuser on the Hawkeye looks sweet, as does the upper spoiler on the top of the rear window, both good additions made on the hawkeye I think.

I'm not keen on the roof vane, looks a bit Fast and the Furious for my liking... saying that it does suit the RB320. As always with styling though, each to their own. It does look better than the shark fin things you get on an EVO though!
