How long to upgrade account once paid ?

Default How long to upgrade account once paid ?

I upgraded to the scoobynet full member account last night. My account is still the basic one at the moment. How long does it take before my account will be upgraded ?

Mine upgraded instantly, maybe it depends on how you pay, i did paypal and had no probs.

I did the same on Sunday (via paypal) and nothing yet. But then my paypal payment status is "uncleared" so i guess its just money being slow getting around

Right,my account has still not been upgraded

Money has left my bank account !

I have posted in Scoobyshop/Scoobynet plus with no reply since Tuesday !

There are a few others who are asking similar questions with no reply !

Can someone please tell me what's going with this ? My account has not been upgraded but money has left my account !

Who do I need to contact regarding this ?

There is ONLY one person who can sort it out for you and that is Webmaster.
They seem to be fairly quiet over the last days so you may have to be patient.

I've been fairly patient upto now in my opinion. I upgraded on Tuesday expecting it to work instantly or maybe next day but it's taking a while now and with nobody to help me it doesn't look good does it

I am waiting for a response from him as well.
What I suggest is you bump up your post in ScoobyShop as webby tends to look at threads in there more often.

My post in Scoobyshop was only 3 down anyway !

I'm getting increasingly inpatient now,it's been nearly a week since I paid and i've still not been upgraded or had any contact from Webmaster over what is going on !

I've posted here,in scoobyshop and pm'd webmaster last night and had no contact with him at all !

just to save you some time (because I know what his reply will be ), have you checked your paypal account to see if it is CLEARED.
Payments that show UNCLEARED or PENDING will not show up on their system and as such the Plus membership will not kick in.

He will also ask for the transaction ID I guess if it comes to that.

It is a pain I know, but I am sure he will sort it out soon.

If it is not an automated system, perhaps he is on holiday or something? I wouldn't worry too much, I'm sure it will be sorted.

I didn't pay by Paypal,I paid by debit card and it has left my bank account.
