1. Wait for the new diesel engined Impreza.... Re-mapped of course.
2. Easiest way is to fit lower profile tyres, i.e. 225/35/17 in place of 225/45/17....
3. Re-map, or boost controller.... carefully !

P.S. a 2.5 will make loads if you can afford one, and your insurance company don't freak out at the thought of it, mine do !!! Sadly....

but realistically as has been said, more boost which ideally means it will require a remap.

Aye, buy a 2.5ltr. I have more torque than bhp.

As someone wise once said, bhp sells cars torque wins races... not that I race lol
