Auotrader..
What the hell happened to Autotrader's search?
It's gone all Ajaxified but its crap, its almost impossible to search for jap cars, you can only search on what IT decides. I hope they realise it's a shambles and bring back the old search functionality.
Rant over.

quite right - so much for new and improved features - bring back the old system!
I've just bought a new scoob so i won't be changing for a while - at least i don't need to rely on it for a while

You can use it just as you used the old search facility? Just pick 'Subaru' and don't bother choosing the model (if you don't want to). Then click on 'more search options' and enter whatever you want in the 'keywords' box.

Its pissing me off because you cant just hit a letter key on a combo box, it instantly changes the selection, say I drop down the box and want to go to Subaru so I press 'S', fooking thing just selects the first S...
However I do like that they have added some more years to the "age search"

It's too slow, sometimes you just want to get straight to the results with a couple of clicks. The old one did this. They should perhaps have retained a simple quick search option to keep everyone happy.
