Got a SSQV on my 06 WRX with no problems to date, can be quite loud if your foot is to the floor but you can also drive sensibly without it being to noisy!!

Mine came direct from the US with an adaptor from ebay.

I have the HKS SSQV fitted to my 03 WRX. I absolutely love it. It's exactly what I was looking for and definitely recommend it!! It's just different and sounds better that your average dump valve, it's higher pitched but isn't overly loud when driving normally and to my surprise could feel much better pick up when excellerating through the gears. I got mine from Scoobyworld

I dont sorry mate, I should try and get some this weekend actually. Have a browse on you tube or google and I'm sure you'll come across some photos of one fitted to a Scooby. Looks good though IMO, bigger than I thought, like a torpedo shape.

That's the exact video I used to watch and listen to before I bought mine!! That does sound especially good with the slight chatter sound. Remember you can change the sound of the HKS SSQV by swapping the little coloured thing inside it. Most come with the purple one in standard, but I think there's 4 different colours which each make a different sound. I'm perfectly happy with the purple one in mine, but It's always nice to know you can try out different sounds eh

Yeah man. It's not cheap compared to other dump valves on the market but you're buying quality, it sounds different and pretty sweet plus you can change the sound a bit, what more could you ask for hey I'm sure you wont be dissapointed mate, I was grinning from ear to ear when I put mine on and went for a test drive infact, I'm still grinning now when I do it next to a cyclist or pedestrian

I bought one for a friend and they sound awesome. A really good sound which is very unique.

I bought it from a E-bay seller which seemed cheap compared to other shops. Got it delivered within a day aswell. It just bolts straight on direct to intercooler. 10min job max. Didnt need any adapters either.

yeah there fine when they seal ok but when you get a little dirt in where the dv opens (on the rubber bit) it will start sucking in air and you'll get your engine light on and a historic error code for running rich in bank 4, its not just the opening dv part to watch out for its the seal on the flange adaptor, i had one on my car for 2 days and had engine light on twice was told by triton to take it off and bin it, there are better bov's out there, your just paying for the hks name, i now have a xs power one on which is a metel piston and it sound very much like a ssqv hsk and im very happy with it.
IM NOT HAVING A MOAN JUST LETTING YOU KNOW WHAT PROBLEMS I HAVE HAD WITH THESE
