Hi everybody !

I'm Seb, 35 years old, and french people so, i'm sorry if my English is not perfect.

I'm found of Impreza and got my third GT (it's the name of the classic shape in France.)
Buying a recent Impreza was too expensive for me so, the only solution was to rebuild a damaged one ...
So, the first was a 1996 red one with a big front crash and i've rebuild after 6 month work and crossing France to keep some spares ....

I put 2000 seats, front pannel, brakes, intercooler, 17' wheels (Parotech Mygale), ...
But with the full decat exhaust, it was too noisy for the family use so, after one year driving these, i sold it to buy a more recent one : a 2000 WRC model full stock :



I still got it and then, i'm working on my 1996 white one, to make a rally-racing car with it :



As such as the red one, I will give it a 2000 look with new bumper, lights and bonnet.
It will stay white 'cause it's more easy for a racing car to put stickers ...

I'm at the beggining of my project but, the problem is that in France it's difficult to find special spares for Impreza as short gearbox, big brakes or front and rear diff.

I think i'll have to come in England to bring some of those things ... it will be the chance to discover your country !!!

That's why i'm registering on your forum (i hope i'm in the good section) : to know good adresses to find good spares for my racing Impreza !!!

I will regulary give you some news on my project ...

Perhaps i will come in Scotland in 2008 Juny with my girlfriend for a 1 week holidays.

Abound finding my Imprezas :

I found the red one in front of a mecanic's but it was so damaged that i didn't recognize it was an Scooby ... !!
With the air intake on the bonnet, i thought it is a tuning car !!!

The white one was in announcement on the net (club des amateurs de subaru)
