light on dash help???

just finished a turbo swap on my 94import sti after having to take the exhaust off (due to dropping a nut into it

)got it all sorted when started up a light on dash is now staying on its what looks like a exhaust box with lines coming off it upwards it was never on before is this serious or not

if i wiggle the wire that goes into the exhaust down pipe where it evens out the light flashes on/off

the car has been de-catted so can some how blank this wire off and loose the light on dash
