Don't know the proper way,but i had the same problem and a solved it by sending the pics by email to myself which resized them and then hey presto they uploaded! Try it,bet it works!

Yep, agree with the above, they'll be too high resolution, I know someone else that this happened to.
I see you already use photobucket, you can re-size them on there and save them to your computer, then upload them to 'your scooby', they should show up no probs then.
