Depends on whether it has any cats remaining. Itll fit a JDM with some as their exhausts follow a similar format to ours, but it wont fit a UK car unless it has a longer type de-cat downpipe (I think). The back box will have an extra hanger too, but thats not a problem.

its the uk classic model,there is a third hanger,but it points the opposite way to the 01 > hangers,but that can soon be bent the other way 
The one im looking at buying is just the rear silencer,and fitting it to a 2007 sti type uk
