After all the shouting and bawling, on the limited view we have there, I think I like it!

Looking at the text in japanese on that brochure, it looks wrong, they have some of the writing going top to bottom in columns, rather than side to side, so i'd say photoshop jobbie.

Japanese is written top to bottom, right to left.
Or have I missed a joke?

True indeed, in modern publications. But traditionally as I described.
I have a Japanese girlfriend too BTW
can't see why the text format would indicate a photoshop though?

Certainly looks preferable to the standard. But still isn't a great looking car... If I were going to spend £20,000 on a car I'd rather go for a second hand M3 or possibly an 07 STi (IMO best looking scoob yet). Certianly wouldn't spend that much on the 08.

If it does look close to this I would certainly buy one especially in that colour - hopefully there wont be any cheap looking chrome bits and no doubt someone will be already working on an aftermarket replacement for those awful rear light. The PPP when available should hopefully replace the twin exhausts.
Afterall not many people buy a Scooby and dont change bits and pieces.
