Default Dealer Question - Quenby, Baldock

Been told today by a guy at work that Quenby Brothers Ltd, that can be found on the High Street in Baldock (herts), have lost or are due to lose their status as an approved Subaru centre.

Not sure how true this is and was wondering if anyone could shed some light on the situation. . .

I'm going down their on Thursday to have some work done so will ask then if i don't find out sooner.

Cheers,

Dean

As far as I know Quenby have lost their franchise due (so i'm told) IM demanding they regsister more demos than they can sell and thus losing the dealers money. Quenby's intend to continue Subaru servicing and sales etc etc but outside of the main dealer network.

This must have happened fairly recently then because last time i was down their i asked about this.(mid oct)
They told me that they were going to turn Subaru's contract down because it was Subaru that was demanding too much in the contract but then re-alligned the contract so that quenby were happy and they then signed up to Subaru.
? ? ? ?
May have to go over to Luton instead for servicing next time!?
