Front Numberplate

I am a Brit living in Florida, Just bought a 02 WRX. In Florida, they only legally require that we put a number plate on the back of our cars. I was considering putting a UK Style White oblong number plate on the front. Can anyone tell me if Subaru supplies a mounting bracket in the UK or do they expect me to put screws through my pristine front bumper (not likely).

FHI have included a mounting bracket as part of the front bumper on the Euro spec WRX that includes two captive nuts to secure the front plate. No help to you guys I guess.
