They are down as Driving Lamp Covers (SACC1226), at about GBP27 from Scooby dealers!
If you do buy a pair, take great care when fitting them. The term "drivers side" is a different interpretation to what you might expect. When i initially fitted mine, following the instructions to the letter, i broke off one of the mounting clips because it caught on a bit that isn't on the passenger side (if that makes sense!)
