Again, my apologies for the wait.
You are the only person waiting from the original batch...
the reason (out of interest) is, the Shirt arrived labelled as Medium, but was very small, we nearly sent it out to you but realised that it was way too small to be a medium.
We sent it back to the supplier who supplied a replacement. This was also the same size. So we have re-ordered it in Large.
We were told on Friday that your replacement should be with us within the next few days.
I am so sorry to have kept you waiting for so long...
1) Obviously your cheque has not been banked
2) I will completely understand if you would like to cancel the order
3) Feel free to email sales@scoobynet.co.uk at any time and they will give you an update. (or email me if you would prefer (simon@scoobynet.co.uk)
