Was nearly just ran off the feckin road by a sierra
Some ****ing ars sniffing!, wanking!,***** beating! mother ****ing chimp! just nearly ran me off the feckin road!! ****ing pile of **** sierra!.
Could ****ing believe it, just going about my merry way heading out of Cambridge town, get to the lights at the top of Milton road, decide to go in the left lane, so indicate, go into left lane after the lights, then, just as I'm about to put me foot down up to the roundabout, the **** decides to go into my lane! doesn't indicate! oh no! not him! he just moves in to my me! had to slam me anchors on and take me car up the curb, luckily the sound of my breaks must have woken him up and he went back to his own lane.
Think I'm going to go totally ape when I see the damage in the morning, its at least scraped the whole of the rim on my front left and taken a slice out of the tyre, just payed £150 to get the wheels aligned too.
any ideas on what may have been damaged? I'm hoping Scoobs can take some hard knocks.
i SO want to hit something now

Think what he was getting at mate was passing in the left hand lane is undertaking. I'm not sideing with him as this is the last thing you want to hear, i know how annoying other road users can be as i see lane hogging on a daily basis on my commute to work.

Hi I'm back after a chill in front of the box.
I wasn't undertaking, the road I was on splits into three lanes, one goes to the A14 the other two are for the roundabout, after going through some lights it goes from a 30 zone to national up to the roundabout, I sore him in my lane way ahead and could also tell that he wasn't go very quick, so I did what I believe to be quite a sensible thing and indicated left, then went into the left lane to pass, then I would have indicated right and the gone into the right hand lane(with plenty of time space etc for my exit off the roundabout, I was not speeding, I went nowhere near the guy, I was well in my rites to pass him at the speed I was doing and was slap bang in the middle of my lane, I guess for some reason he didn't see me or something and decided to move into my lane just as I was about to pass.
Yes there is always two sides to every story, and as far as you know I can be talking ****, fine, but if it was my fault why would I be posting it on hear?, quite frankly I don't give a toss any more to be honest, all I know is that from learning to drive on these very roads in Cambridge, I was doing no wrong, some git caused me to damage my car and I'm not happy about it simple really.
Why do people always assume its the person posting on hears fault for some reason? **** me its like our criminal justice system, believe the criminal and put the victim through ****.
You really do get a nice community feel on this site don't you.
I'm not meaning to have a go at you guys, its just that I read so many of these threads and a lot of replies always seems to insinuate that the poster must have been at fault somewhere, I'm not the worlds best driver and have made many mistakes in the past as have most people, but why is the assumption always that it was the posters fault?

No offence was intended mate, it just wasn't clear from your origional post that the road splits, apologies. I think alot of people neglect their blind spots and assume that if there is nothing in their mirror then the road is clear, i nearly got it myself today from a rep mobile. The standard of driving IMHO is alot worse than it was 5 years ago.

I'm struggling to see why you weren't undertaking.... You indicated and went into the left lane, then if you had passed him, you'd have indicated and re-entered the right hand lane. Therefore, you'd have overtaken up the inside...
Regardless of the above, Sierra man is someone I'd not wish to encounter whilst driving. Whilst it could have been innocent "oops, I didn't see you", there's all too many "gits" on the road these days that let themselves get wound up by circumstance and then take it out on the next unfortunate that comes near them.
If you got his plate, report him. He was involved in an accident and he didn't stop.
