Little f#####g *******!
Just come back from the supermarket and noticed something shiny on the drive..turned out to be this
Some ****** has emptied a box full of drawing pins under the car last night. Luckily only about 5 or 6 went into the tyres the rest have been flattened. Do you reckon these things are long enough to do any serious damage? All 4 tyres are less than 2 months old.
I would have loved to have caught these scumbags at it,drunken teenagers or not I would of given them a right beating "lets give someone 4 flat tyres and watch as they career off the road killing them and their 13 month son" is this what passes as fun these days.

Should be fine, especially as the tyres are new. Just check the pressures at the end of today and tomorrow to be sure.
I'd also check your car before driving now, as it may not be random. Some people just don't like scoobies. Next time they may use something that will cause you an issue.

Sorry to hear mate, as Tony says the tyre's should be fine. Those things barely penetrate a shoe sole
I had a tyre wall slashed not long ago, it was quite short but deep. I didn't notice it untill I was washing my car. I'm pretty sure it wasn't done on my drive though because it was the most inaccessible wheel.
There's nothing worse than when you're targeted on your own property though... you're always left wondering if they'll come back.

Always makes you wonder the next time its going to happen. I have pinned a message on the notice board reminding to check before I drive off tommorrow. Luckily I have plenty of spare drawing pins

That is a damn fine point. It goes without saying that if the points are in the tyres you will have to fish them out. Don't be too shy, a screw driver to open the hole around the point, and pliers to pull them out should be fine.

that sort of thing really annoys me, just thought i'd mention it but for few hundred quid you can get a cctv camera put up you don't have to even have it running and it'll still deter people

The sad thing is, if they ever get caught, NOTHING!
If you catch them & hold them till PLOD comes, Devils Island Prison Camp for you.
THere's got to be another way>>> isn't there ???

Seriously though, a de-catted exhaust at certain times of the day is not conjusive to harmoneous neighbourly relations (long way of saying they tend to get pissed off when the ornaments rattle and fall off the sideboard!)
It was not random, but a planned act. People don't normally walk around with a pocketful of drawing pins! Have you asked any others in the street if they've suffered the same fate?

Attempted homicide, simple as that.
That is how it works here.
The cops should do something.....
