I have a few rallying friends and one of which has a Subaru WRC forward facing magnesium inlet manifold from a an ex Richard Burns WRC car, 2001 i think.

I have been offered this but no price as yet...

What sort of money are we talking for one of these.?

I have no plans to fit it to my car.... i plan to make a profit out of selling it on.

The seller is an acquentence of a friend that competes in tarmac events, i was just trying to keep things simple by defining as a 'friend'.

I don't know the guy wanting rid of it and not likely to meet him as he's over 250miles away from me... so not really cheeky.
