Why do they bother.... Stopped in N.London.To have a look at a Silver 5.door WRX. 94. 70k, klm. poor paint. Steering wheel (Nardia) and gear **** all very badly worn. Drivers seat bolster in a state ,carpet by pedals worn away etc. This think must have done over 100k miles. My legacy has 127k miles and is in better nick.
The guy was asking £6.3k. Did not want to talk about possible "clocking".....
With so many Subaru's for sale, how come these muppets still think they can sell cars like this????
But to top it all of. The engine had new oil on it. he said it had been serviced lasy week and they had spilt the oil on the top of the engine. he then said that he had used it last week for 2.days. The oil was still fresh. On start up it smelt terrible. I mentioned that it would have burnt off by now if he had driven it for two days???? Jesus the whole car was more fishy than a pound of cod.
Just laughed and walked out...

There are so many people jumping on the import band wagon...
I'd say import it yourself but that is such a mine field also.. know of someone who did this through and internet company and all was great for three cars.. not sure who they were though...
Then again you would still have to sell you Legacy yourself also..
They seem to be fine with the miles Subaru's... mine had 90000miles on the clock and run like new... touch wood...
Good luck with the hunt for a Scoob...
ho ho JGM
