Dependant on budget really.
The highest BHP I've heard of was 455bhp by Graham Goode, but that was a good few months ago.

If you stay with the stock turbo, about 260 is the limit, swap turbos and the sky is the limit!
Unless your talking ST170, but thats totally different!

Agreed, stay away from the st170's. You get far better results in tuning the ST and its much cheap to do so.

I used to own an ST170 when they first came out. Highly disappointed with it, then went and bought a CTR after owning the 170 fo only five months. Cost me £20k as I went mad and specced every option on the list, got only £12k when it was sold.

to compare an st170 with a new st is total madness!!!
there are loads of st's with over 260 bhp with just a remap.
replace the intercooler, downpipe and cat and 290 is easily acheivable on standard turbo.
break 300 bhp does require a bigger turbo though.
anyone who says they are garbage is frankly talking through their bumhole.
