Scoobynet change?

Has things changed my new post button is now missing, but if I hovver wher it used to be I get the search thing but cannot use it as it says no permission? whats going on????

Also some of the text that used to be blue is now black -thread titles, usernames down the side of posts etc. or is it just me that i've gone colour blind due to lack of sleep ?
