I bought some key blanks for both my New Age JDM STi and Classic WRX ra. UK ones all came with chips in them, which I didn't need or the stupid prices for them.
So I bought them from ebay, from a guy in New York - too long ago to remember who. But they arrived within a week and they were about a fiver each.
Mister Minit cut them with no problems.

New Age are 9mm wide and Classic keys are 7mm (I think), so make sure you order the correct ones

If it doesn't have to be a 'Subaru' one then any key cutting place should be able to cut you a generic car key. I got two done for about £6. From memory it was a Nissan-style key blank he used.
