I know it's xmas and new year period with most people being on holiday 'an all but having difficulty for some time now in getting a response from those concerned with the company.
Rang their phone to be told that any queries will be answered by e-mail, but no replies by phone, text or mail.
Anybody else having this problem or is it just me?

I ordered goods in October but don't seem to be able to get an update on the delivery date

Ordered a d/v early dec and need to know when I am going to receive it.

I've been trying to get an update on an intercooler i ordered since early December but they are not an easy company to get hold of.

Don't know if i'm getting the goods now or whether i have to shop elsewhere. At the moment i can't recommend them if my experience of customer service is anything to go by.
