Default MY05 STI on flea bay@ £9,500 good deal??????

Thing is it has a few issues i can spot.

1. Left hand drive.

2. Red and white No plates(might be dealer ones).looks like yellow ones in rear window though

3.No V5

4. No feedback

5. Very vauge description, sounds like one of those dodgy Nigerians

6. 2.5 Engine(poss US spec)

Can anyone spot anything else???, maybe a US servicemens car that is based her or are they made right wheel drive for them as well??.

eBay.co.uk: 2005 Subaru : Impreza WRX STi (item 170123496152 end time 17-Jul-07 00:47:16 BST)

Cheers.

Mac

I wouldn't go near it.
Mainly because its left hand drive and the car probably doesn't exist for sale.

It's just another scam mate - Unfortunately ebay's full of them.

There's cars like this up on there everyday usually asking you to email them on an alternative email address not though ebay. Your then asked to sign in and they take all your personal info - passwords bank details the lot.

It's about time ebay sorted it ..

If you can cope with steering wheel being on the wrong side and think you could cope with the hassle of selling it on when you have finished with it then ask to go view it and ask if an AA inspection would be OK. Then do both of those and make sure the car you buy is the same as the one you test drive and inspect. If it's genuine I'm surprised it hasn't been bought by someone wanting to build a competition car for that price.

Judging by the english in the description and the fact it has no plates on, and that the photos dont appear to be taken in the UK I doubt you will get a reply to your requests.

I was thinking the picture was not in the uk. there are two tell tale signs.

1. the road surface looks too good, ie no potholes.
2. the pavement, again looks too good, ie no trip hazards.

It must be one of those mythical countries we dream about where road taxes actually go towards the roads.

1954 Porsche 356 Speedster

This early Speedster is truly remarkable and exceptional in that it has only 49,885 original miles with documentation to support. This Speedster retains all original body structure and matching panels with no rust or accident history. Unlike the many "rustorations" existing today, this car is a true survivor with panel fit as new and retains most of the original features that it was built with 53 years ago. This includes ORIGINAL bumpers, deco mouldings, bumper guards, transmission, seats and rails, steering wheel plus the Nardi pictured, rubber mats

Come on, we all know they were right-hand drive, so this is clearly a fake.
