engine rebuild time?!

Default engine rebuild time?!

anybody got any idea roughly of price for bottom end rebuild (crank) on bugeye wrx? thanx in advance.

Got mine done for around £1900.
But, if you don't shop around, you may end up paying £3500+!

£1900 for full rebuild? isn't yours jap sti?..hopefully mine may be cheaper cos it's a boring uk bug,..saw a guy on ebay doing like a rebuild/exchange thingy..

Won't be any cheaper i'm afraid. It does depend on whats damaged. That price was for:
New Crank
New Big Ends
New Mains
1 2nd hand sti conrod
1 2nd hand crank case bolt
Full gasket set
Uprated RCM oil pump
Second hand Modine oil cooler (one from head gasket failure engine)
Engine oil
Filter
Coolant
Labour

Collect and return
Remove and refit engine
Rebuild, new crank, conrods, pistons
Fluids, gaskets etc.
Parts, labour
