Was reading the MY00 vs MY01 feature in the december issue of Car and they mention, and I quote:

Who? are they talking about SIDC? if not then who they on about? if it is SIDC then I'll email them and point out that they should get their fact's correct.

I don't think any of the SIDC Committee have spoken to Car in the production of this article.
