As above, pictures would be great, prefferably on an early classic.

Excuse the state of the interior, i took this just after i fitted the gauges and the avcr, the inside of the car hadn't been cleaned since Nov 2005!!

Brilliant cheers Kenny! Was wondering if i could fit it in the DIN slot, didn't think i'd get it in next to the ashtray though.

You need to trim the side of the lighter socket back slightly and then notch the consol surround on the right hand side to allow the wire to pass behind it. The ashtray and lighter slot is pretty much a din size.
Originally i had the radio in the middle with the avcr and lighter socket at the bottom but when i decided to put the gauges in i had to juggle things around a bit.

Another good fitting job. What did you attach the avcr too, ie to attach it to the blanking plate and to the din cage? Can't see no holes to screw into and i'm not sure sticking it will be strong enough.

The AVCR is mounted at the rear to the fabricated fascia panel by none other than araldite (sp?) after painting of course! Used some l shaped brackets to help.
