New guy looking for JDM Impreza Info
Hey guys,
New guy here. 22 and currently drive a Vauxhall Astra Coupe Turbo. Very happy with it.
Went to visit my father at work yesterday. A chap there owns an N reg JDM Impreza Estate (only 55,000 miles on the clock!) and it's really got me thinking about changing cars! He's looking to sell it in the next month or so. My dad is currently on his second WRX. I've wanted one ever since dad brought home his first 6 years ago.
Just really looking for any info on the cars (do they differ greatly from UKDM versions?), problems, insurance, price I should pay and any other info on them.
Thanks guys!

Scooby Regular
Mileage 'could' be dodgy.
No need to settle for an old Import these days - buy a UK car with pedigree and backed up with UK service history.
Pricewise? Probably £2500. But so much depends upon condition and history.

JDM all the way (I would say that though, lol)
No seriously, after 2 UK scoobs and then driving my Jap STi Type RA, UK cars just don't do it for me.
Bare in mind the high octane fuel requirements though.
At 22 you may find it near on impossible to get insurance.
Best of luck
