IIRC The High flow CAT down pipe is replaces both downpipe CAT and Centre CAT
for a MOT Cars have to pass the Hot running Emission Test. (The Downpipe CAT job)
Brand new Cars have to pass that and a cold start up emissions Test (Centre Cat job)

As Tony says the only CAT u have with a PPP exhaust is the Sports cat in the downpipe, the centre CAT thats installed with none PPP cars is removed all together.
Get a straight through unresonated centre as well as a better sounding/performing backbox and you'll notice quite a difference

None at all M8, mine sailed through in April without a hitch. Like i say the box u can see in the centre sections not a CAT it's a resonator to muffle the sound. By removing it all it does it improve the sound and help with the flow of gas from the turbo, making the car more responsive and freeer reving
