Coupe Harness Bar
Just wanted to know if any Coupe owners
are using a harness bar?
PLEASE DO NOT POST
any warnings or other such gibberish. Please only reply if you own a coupe and use a harness bar.
Thanks.

How exactly does a coupe differ from a saloon with regards to fitting a harness bar? Posting crap like this isnt going to endear you to anyone, is it?

Coupe and Sedan have different B pillars.
Why I asked specially for Coupe owners only. I have found plenty of older Sedans, wagons, and Forrester's as they all the same.
If you go through and search prior post
you will notice certain people always posting about roll overs and safety issues. Just didn't a mess of those people chiming in.

Puff The Magic Wagon!
Correct - Coupe = 2 Door and Sedan = 4 Door.
And correct about the door. Though I have never heard about the roof line being different.
Thing is the only harness bar
I can find for sale is the Sparco which is for the 02 and up WRX. I have found other pre 02 Subies using it BUT only Sedans, Wagons, and Forrester's due to them having the same B pillar size/location. The bar is just over $400 USD which is allot especially if it doesn't work. Which I have been told it won't.
So what better place to ask then Scoobynet
to find someone in a Coupe using one.

LOL I agree with you FlipC. Too many people who can't just stick to the question and assume everyone wants to know their opinion. I'll never forget how intensely irritating it was when I posted on here quite a while back about different ways to spend money on improving a Scooby and ended up with posts from people telling me to spend my money on driver training. Completely ignoring the fact that they don't even know who I am, where I am, how I drive or how long I've been driving fast cars. Good on ya for putting the warning in, saves any doubt.
But to get to the point, I don't know anything about a harness bar, but good luck with it. Couldn't you just use the rear seatbelt mounts if you can't find the part you want?
