Well, one could go on and on about a certain car for this and that...

In the end, only one car would mean...

Latest Porsche 911 Turbo.

Safe, V.Fast, comfortable, exciting, decent size, can be used every day in either rain or shine.

(Flamesuit on, helmet donned...Awaiting the torrent!)

If only one car allowed then it needs to be something reasonable to bring the beers home in. Maybe a top of the mark Range Rover or big Shogun(yes I know pish handling etc) but only one car with many needs. Try getting your beer/wine and a curry home in a Porsche Turbo or a McLaren F1.

Easy - Aston Martin Vantage V600. Anything that weighs 2 tons and can do over 200mph and hit 60 in under 4 seconds gets my vote.

Failing that, a Brabus 7.3 V12 Merc E-class. 206mph top end will do me nicely.

Koenig F40 still has everything thus far mentioned in it's rear view mirror.
Forgotten it might be, but check back on the reviews - one of the most devastating
conversions ever undertaken....

I would go for a Viper (always wanted one!) and an Evo RS450 for the twisty bits.

Rich - Now I'm not the Brightest but I'm pretty sure 1 + 1 stiil equals 2

If one (and only one) is allowed then it would have to be something along the lines of an M5 with one of those German Nutter tuning companies let loose on it.

I really can't see a Koenig F40 surving the curry run every Friday night .....

A big AMG Merc would do the job (if I was only allowed to pick one car) Probably the E55 AMG. Same 0-60 as standard UK Turbo Impreza but weighs about 10 times as much due to all the leather and extras

New Porsche Carrera GT.
Then a huge Motorhome, a luxury minibus, a speedboat and a helicopter (to cater for all aforementioned circumstances! ).

OK - I would buy the RS450 after the Viper had spun off on the first wet corner

1 - 1 + 1 = 1

Cool

Surely if you won the lottery, then you could get your "staff" to get the curry, whilst you get down to the serious business of drinking.

Hmm..difficult, but I think it would have to be...

- Bonkers choice - McLaren F1 Le Mans
- Sensible choice - GT3 with race pack

One can dream, must enter the lottery some time

Skoda 136 Rapide with full 911 turbo running gear, but painted in mushroom grey and airbrushed with fake rust...Ooh, and showing a bolted on rusty rear pea-shooter exhaust for full effect. Lovely tacky plastic wheel-trims hiding the alloys.

(Proper exhaust exiting under car outta view)

Then I'd hunt cossies and **** 'em all off.

Car - Sod that i'd have a helicopter.
No probs on the curry run and it would be hot when i got home
No bloody Novas/BMW/Escort Turbos sat up your ****
Not much chance of it getting knicked - guaranteed to kill themselves if they did - added bonus!
200 MPH performance
No traffic jams
room for me and four friends (if i had any)

Might be tempted to buy a basic Mondeo then pay Prodrive to get it as close to BTCC spec whilst still keeping it road legal. Now there's a practical idea

He He... I'd get TVR to sell me one of the original SPEED 12 cars, that couldn't meet the GT1 noise regs They looked & sounded awesome

Failing that... I suppose I could settle for the new Cerbera speed 12

Kelvin! *pah* rent one off me if you want!

I would have to own a Jag XJ220 for the brute force of it.

And would love to blitz the M25 in an old turbo charged f1 car

BMW 318i booted and suited to look like an M3 to let the underlings know just how rich I am!
Then its off to the outside lane of the M25 [I own it now] and a steady 57.8mph all the way round.
Absolute bliss
I can but dream ...
