Noise Pollution
Good Evening Gentlemen,
Do you remember a few weeks ago I wrote to you all appealling for help in cutting emissions and changing our bad habits i.e. driving for long distances when the bus or train will do?
Well, the Trust is lobbying local MP's over another equally worrying issue: noise. Yes we all have the local young lad in his motorcar with the silencer removed zooming around the countryside disturbing the wild life, but it was brought to my attention in the office this afternoon that the following vehicles are major players in this form of aural pollution:
(in no particular order)
1. Subaru Imprezza models with a straight through silencer (most have them they are denoted by an oversize pipe at the bacj usually 6" dia)
2. Ford Escort Mk II "Mexico" model
3. TVR (all models have a high db rating
4. Motorbicycles over 500cc
We need to curb this noise and I am asking you all to consider reducing the noise your vehicle emits
Please, it is for the benefit of our beautiful environment.
Man is doing enough damage to the planet, lets not add to that by polluting the airwaves as well
Thankyou kindly for reading
Warm Regards

Oh give me strength.
If you are on about polluting the airwaves, then I can list a few cr@ppy local radio stations that should be culled , especially in the Carmarthen area.
Im down that way tomorrow, but you'll probably be aware of that before I arrive

Get real Mr Whittock. Noise comes from everywhere. You will be soon be suggesting we all walk around with a cork up our jacksy so as not to "pollute" the atmosphere (both aurally and gaseously
)Go and hug the nearest tree you heathen
Just ban everything made by Blitz, problem sorted*
(most of their stuff is tat**, I mean what company would even dare market an air filter than doesn't filter properly*** - the SUS stainless steel cones
I mean, a MAF sensor coated in dust, thats going to work fab****.)
* Personal Opinion¹

***Personal Opinion¹, also
**** Fact
¹: denotes that this has no reflection on the true nature of the product and that users of such products are equally entitled to their own opinion of that product's performance and quality. In short: Each to their own

LMFAO typical of this politically correct world whereby you have to put disclaimers in to prevent repercussions (in this case getting banned by the Militia*)* Personal Opinion¹ of Blutes© 2007 not to be misinterpreted as a form of Trolling© or Flaming©
