Default Clutch Problems HELP!!

Been out tonight and was giving my car some. i went for 4th gear went in fine but then the clutch pedal was stuck firmly to the floor. i pulled over and pulled it back to the top with my hand but now there is no resistance in the pedal when you press it and i cant get any gears. what could it be?? the clutch is a scoobyclinic uprated paddle clutch and flywheel and has only been in a month. any help would be much appreciated.

oh yeah the car is a 96 v4 type r.

cheers
