Default wrx derestriction?

ive posted a few things on here asking for help as i thought my car was fuel cutting at high speed. turns out its restricted. can anyone shed some light on what i can do or buy to derestrict it and/or tell me what derestricting a 1994 wrx import actually entails? thanks in advance for all your knowledge,

It will cost you £50 for it and will take 5min to put it in it is a little tube like thing that attaches to your speedo cable where it goes in the back of your clocks. call Howard on 01422846868 I think if not look up HDC subaru in google he sells them and will get it next day.Failing that you can get them off fleabay
