twin sunroof confusion

twin sunroof confusion
Hi folks
I an buying a 1995 twin turbo legacy with twin sunroofs. i can work the back sunroof with the switch in the roof but cant seem to work the front roof. does it open? if so how do i turn it on? Also the car has wind deflectors on the driver and passenger side. the drivers side has been repaired does anyone out there know how much a new one is and where I could get one from in the hertfordshire area
