Now I'm not clued up on some things but I'm sure thats some sort of vent like you get in your house that is stuck on the side! WTF is all that about

And if anyone out there can enlighten me as to what the hell is stuck on the bonnet then it would put my mind at rest.

That car really is one of those that the more you look at it, the worse it gets. There has been no modification on that car, just abuse
