Got my new MY01 in early October, the salesman said the performance pack would be fitted within 2 weeks. Its nearly three months now. I've done everything including contacting IM, who told me they would definatley have it by the end of this week, garunteed it even got a letter from the dealers operations manager. Dealer phoned today to tell me that they didn't get it in today's delivery. I'm completely pissed off, I had even booked my first service and some bodywork repair(small scratches a bus did to front bumper) and the ppp fitted on the 18th. Now it looks like its fallen through again!!. I spent a lot on this car, not only did I get the prodrive spoiler but the 18" Oz gold wheels + P zero tyres and other bits (ppp) totalling over £26k. Now I don't even want the damn thing!! What do you think are my legal options of returning the car and getting my money back (i.e finance)?

"Now I don't realy want the thing" Sure you have a point. Maybe breach of contract stuff. But has it realy come to this????
Contact them on Monday. Tell them you will let them have the car By Tuesday. And you want it back finished by Thursday. No excuse. If you get the Manager of the garage "Attention" (Fear of God stuff)it should work.I would have done it weeks ago.

Exclamation

I would say the chances of getting your money back are substantially less than zero....

Question

rebel
do you want rid of the car coz of no ppp.....
or because the new sti will/may be cheaper/better, therefore if you try and get your money back, you can get the sti?
no offence intended, its just something that would cross my mind in your situation
