Default Mud flaps .. yes or no?

Guys,
My 99 classic turbo 2000 is currently in the garage getting sprayed.
Should i get mudflaps? If so can any one recommend any? there seems to be a few different styles.

The colour of the car is green, so what colour mudflaps will go with this well>

Your thoughts?

yes yes yes. i was a little unsure on mudflaps, but since i bought some off a nice lass on here, and popped them on, i love them!

performance creations make excellent quality items, about £50 i think for the flaps, metal brackets and clips etc. i did it in under two hours on my classic.

scott lowe, prodrive etc make them too but theyre a lot more expensive so its upto your spending habits i guess.

heres a piccy of mine on my red classic.

car was dirty at the time - apologies

i think for a green classic, black flaps with maybe white/grey subaru swoosh/text.

andy

p.s. theyre not just for show either, ive noticed i dont get as much gunk and crap moulded onto the bottom of the arch either, saves on stonechips etc.

No. You'll likely end up with all kinds of cr@p stuck between it and the bodywork, leading to rust. Go without and just clean your arches
