In typical SN fashion, I'll post my lap up too....and then make excuses
I could have gone faster had there not been a marchall at AF and being held up badly towards Kleine Karrusel.
Not a dirty Subaru though, a much slower, less advanced 944 Turbo

hehe you did not have the full time in mine then
I did a 10.30 in my first lap, Adam (500) was timing me never been there before and not practised on PS2 either, i think by the end of the weekend I was in the 9 minute probably 9.45 ish but never timed after the first lap
second lap I went off hehe!! 4 up!!
thats what confidence does for you !!
most of the time i was pulling out of the way of Simo!!!

For those of you that want to know a little more about the Nurburgring, Ben Lovejoy has a very comprehensive site

Hi Alan It was the first lap on sunday morning and the first lap in that car.My
best is 8.15 in my old 95 wrx.but as you can see in the video the traffic slows you down, the porsche was quick in a stright line but slow through the corners and I cought him up quickly and could not see him at the end so I would say that 20 to 25 seconds should be knocked of that time but finding
the lap to do it on is the problem

I would suggest spending less time with a stop watch & more time watching the mirrors for local Golfs and all other makes of car .
btw, come over & say hello if you see me. Will be in a blue Subaru

My quickest lap was 9.22 in my MY05 STi (end of coned lane to bridge after final corner). Didn't boot it too much as I'd only had the car a few weeks. Off back this year so looking to get a much better time

I did an 11 dead in Pete Highams 360 Bhp bug, had to slow for 2 accidents though (that was the only timed lap)it also had duff suspension as he stuffed it at hockheinken after it drizzled on the 2nd lap. 12.17 in the wet in a 530d auto and 13 dead in the same with the wipers on speed 2 for the whole lap
Would love to see badboy-scoob try and do an 8.30 min lap, hes not got a chance
